All the art, names, characters, images, etc of the Challengers of the Unknown are trademarked and copyrighted by DC Comics.

All information presented here falls within fair use as defined by the Copyright Act of 1976. It meets four key criteria:

- This site is strictly for a nonprofit educational purpose. It seeks to educate the public about the wonderful and largely unknown adventures of the Challengers of the Unknown, especially their Silver Age appearances. It also seeks to demonstrate why old (good) comics are better than modern (lousy) comics. And it serves as a guidebook for anyone seeking to write and illustrate new adventures of the Challengers. No profit accrues from this site: all expenses are supplied by the webmaster.

- This is strictly an unofficial fan site that reviews the Challengers adventures and lists all their appearances. All opinions, unless quoted, are the statements of the webmaster, a long-time Challengers fan. It also seeks to demonstrate to DC how much people love the Challs and want to see them back in print.

- This site uses only a few panels of each Challenger adventures, amounting to only a tiny portion of an entire work.

- This site in no way reduces the market value of any Challenger work DC Comics might produce.
