Reprints "The Monster Maker" from COTU 2 and "The Human Pets" from COTU 1.

The cover by Joe Kubert is new. Rocky looks a tad like Tarzan.

The Challs' uniforms are still being recolored yellow and red to reinforce their more-recent superhero stint.

This issue re-introduces the letters page, called PEN-CHALLS. Only a half-page, it talks about how "this will be your page in future issues" but for now, they include a biography of Jack Kirby. They finish, "Write and tell us what you think of the Challs."

Seriously, don't bother. The reprint revival was cancelled with the next issue.
